Oracle Database 26ai will be available on generic Linux platforms in January and soon on AIX and Windows
Purpose Undocumented but the SYS.DBMS_ASSERT package, plus the functionality of the ASSERT_WS function give an indication that the intention may be related to preventing SQL Injection.
