Sets the back end database to NULL converting the middle tier to an ordinary database dbms_ias_configure.remove_back_end_db;
exec dbms_ias_configure.remove_back_end_db;
 
SET_BACK_END_DB
Set the back end database for the middle tier and records the DB Link name in the database dbms_ias_configure.set_back_end_db(dblink IN VARCHAR2);
